can you log the MAF and MAP? or at least watch the voltages
Thats what im thinking myself. Imma slap a stock tb back on it to see. Yet the thing is it never did it with the old motor. Put this motor in it started misfiring.

how many times have you had something work and disturbed it and then it didn't work the TB swap would definitely be an easy test to do!

what happens with the misfire? im just curious on what made you notice it in the first place!

did you get a chance to try the TB today?

just thinking about it today, I don't think it'd be a knock sensor issue cause that'd probly be a "load" issue and have a wider % like say 40-55% or something

I don't think cam sensor causing a injector miss cause again...thatd be rpm related I think not just %47 throttle

its definitely not a mechanical miss cause you definitely eliminated any causes of that and again its to specific to that %

so that leaves a TPS sensor, MAF sensor or MAP sensor issue or even a TB blade sticking or something

I haven't done anything with VE tables other then see a picture of it on EFI Live but if it was at X rpm, wouldn't it do it every gear in a different spot? and not to mention at %47 throttle your rpms are probly climbing fairly quick in that thing!

the VE table was taken out of the equation on variables with a dynamic flow disable.

Don't do it Niff ! You've done too much good stuff to her to burn it down now !

You say you did put the stock truck TB back on ?

I also read you have her running on the old tune? Did it miss on this tune or after you retuned/tweaked for different injectors ?

I had the same issues a bit. My throttle would close to 50% after 4000RPM or some dumb **** I cant recall. Took my tuner and I quite some time and screwing around to get it sorted out and now I have NO rev limiter ( has proven interesting lemme tell ya )

Gen IV swaps are painful, VERY painful. Keniff hang in there man someone knows ( Post up over at HP forum, one of the tuners there fixed mine somehow although Ihave no idea what he did )
