Nah havent gotten the tune dialed in. Been fighting a misfire at 47% throttle only. Ive logged it at 46% with no misfire. Logged it at 48% no misfire. The most its seen is 60% and its FUN i have tried all kinds of crap. Im at the point of setting it on fire.

Before anyone says anything..... Ive done it ALL.
New wires
New plugs (went from tr55s gapped 058 to BR7s gapped 035)
Swapped LS3 injectors with height adapters out for the L92 injectors
Swapped coils and coil harnesses from my 5.3 ( my DD)
Adjusted knock sensors
Added fueling
Removed fueling
Added timing
Removed timing

Did a running compression check with #2 showing 195 cranking, 175 idling. #4and #6 show 190 cranking with 175 idle.

Only thing i havent done is check pushrod length. Ive been told the morel lifters like 030 preload vs the current 050 preload. Ill be checking it after christmas.

he told me yesterday for the 5290s to set the preload to 0.050" or as close as possible and have the link bar facing "inwards"

Samething i was told but the issue im seeing is they hate that preload. Everyone running them is using 030 to 035 preload.
Im going to double check my preload and try for 030 preload. I havent looked at how the lifters are installed.

I did some searching after reading.that and ya there's lots of guys over on ls1 saying they prefer 030 to 050 so with mine maybe I should measure and see where I'm at then aim for the middle of that range

you had mentioned you played around with the wiring harness right?
is there any chance the TPS could be dropping out or flat lining at %47?

just with how its so specific to that %47 makes me think there's a sensor messing up right at that spot. I couldnt really see a mechanical misfire happening there.
can you log the MAF and MAP? or at least watch the voltages
