drove around for a few hours tonight and the truck it running HARD, something to do with it being 39deg i think

first run was some truck, dont know anything about it but it was a kill.

next run was a brand new mach one, i even let him leave first before i floored it.

then a guy in a mostly stock gt

the last race is a newer stang with a vortech blower under the hood and some 315tires, that about all i know about his car. we even ran from a roll right at the end of the vid(with my cutout closed even)

one other thing, we saw a butt load of vette's out tonight, i think it is the warren buffet stockholders meeting this weekend so maybe that is why. anyways, at least 7 vette's tonight, we were able to catch up with 4 of them, exactly 0 of them would play

one of them had a pair of 40year old women in it but i tried to get them to go anyways, another had a pair of 60+year old women, i didn't even mess with that car. i even chased one of the vette's down the interstate, thought a nice 60+mph roll race would be interesting, nope, none of them wanted to play.

Nice. Its really cool how quiet your truck is. In the race from a dig, all I could hear was the Stang. I guess that's because he was the one closest to the camera, looking at your tailights.

Now you know how I feel about all the potentially fast cars around here. I can occasionally get another truck to run, but I swear, I think I am the only other one into performance in the whole podunkt town. The rest are all into apperance.

 

When I owned one for the brief amount of time ($996/mo PLUS insurace was ) I drove it how it was made to go. I never encountered any takers for a run in it. It's got a lot of potential.

BUT yes, a vast majority use them for Viagra purposes or a "look what I can afford" ****...espically the Sea Hags that are 6" from the wheel. Of all the C5s around that I've seen (I'd say well over 100)... I have seen only 2-Z06's REALLY haulass and one M6 FRC go at it. All the others just putt-putt around town. Such a waste.
