Angry Front end feels awful

So since I got my truck The front end just feels awful. Hitting bumps shakes the wheel really bad somtimes I feel like my wheels are gonna just fall off. Does it all the time but even worse when turning.

I have checked and rechecked my entire front end to ensure nothing is broken or wore out that I have missed.

It does have a fabtech front lift on it and torsion drop bracket but I de-cranked the keys. Shocks are rancho and look only a few years old so I am assuming they are newish.

Only front end mods are
-New tierods inner and outter and new ball joints
-Tierod sleeves
-Borguson ISS

I know torsion bars ride badly but theres no way they ride this bad.

I am planning to do the Atomic coilover conversion early next year but until then its killing me! Anyone have any idea?

Thanks!

Take it for an alignment. They'll find it. They will call you and say "I cant do the alignment until we replace XXXX". Tell the you'll fix it yourself.
I actually do this a lot with the Xterra since my wife beats the **** out of it. I have actually gone a bit further and purchased lifetime alignments from Firestone on all of ours. same deal but once I fix it I take it back for the alignment.

I was considering doing the lifetime alignment with them seems like a helluva deal! I guess I will schedule that for next week and see what they say. Thanks!

Have you tried adjusting the torsion bars? If there too lose or to tight it will be really sloppy or really stiff.

When I first got the truck they were turned all the way up and it rode just as awful. I turned them all the way down because I also removed the lift block in the rear and didn't want the end to squat to bad plus I wanted my CV angle to be flatter. But even after turning them down the ride seems exactly the same and terrible.

Do you have any pictures of your angles? Like upper ball joint, tie rod, cv axles? I just rebuilt my entire front end on my truck this summer and I have the keys on my truck cranked to 2.5ish inches. It rides like a truck still but its night and day difference compared to what it was. By the information you're giving us, it could be a couple different things. Depending on your offset on your rims and if you have any spacers, you could have bad wheel bearings wear out faster than normal. These trucks are notorious for wheel bearings going bad without a lift or offset rims. You said you replaces the inner and outer tie rods, so it could be a bad idler and pitman arm.

Jake can you elaborate on that some? Im having somewhat the same issue. When I hit a sharp bump in the road I get severe steering wheel shake and feels like the front wheels are gonna fall off until I slow down enough for it to settle out. Shop I take both my trucks too couldn't seem to find anything wrong in the front end.

I think hes talking about the common steering shaft clunk/rattle in our models. I fixed mine with some thick royal purple lube.

I'm not sure you have the same issue?

Tied down wheel.

Squirted up a ton of lube in the steering shaft here.

Yeah that's it, but the problem was on the other end. If you reach up under the dash and grab the intermediate steering shaft right as it comes out of the green or white plastic bearing and shake it, you'll be able to hear the rattle if that's what's causing it. I just swapped out the shaft and bearing for new ones. Although after taking it apart and seeing where the rattle comes from, I would have saved my money on the shaft and just replaced the bearing.
