Default 2001 6.0 liter

I have a 2001 6.0 liter I recently acquired but have been thinking of going another way. I was told it has 2000 miles on it and after pulling the valve cover it is really clean. Long Block Only $1500.00

Cast heads, hasn't been turned over sitting on a stand at the moment waiting for the tr224 I was going to put in it. Really just wanting to see if there is that much interest in it. Getting warm outside and a streetbike would be nice.

99 and 2K have cast iron heads and a longer crankshaft, these motors are not worth much.2K1 and up have alloy heads and the Ls1 style crank. The term cast more often referes to iron, although they are all casted

He said cast heads. Well all heads are cast! Are they cast aluminum or cast iron!?!

If you want to be really specific, what's the casting number on them (3 digits on passenger side, front of head).
