Default Would this E-fan work

My bro works at O'Reilly's Auto parts and told me today that he could get me a great deal on an electric fan for my truck ($50). The fan has a diameter of 16" Fans rpm is 2000rpm@13.5VDC Airflow rate is 2000 and it draws 11 amps. Its made by Bullett its called a Pro-Air Electric Fan (straight blade)
Will this give me enough cooling power, I figure it will because it would be a larger diameter than the stock fan. Also will loosing 11 amps dim my lights or put strain on my alternator, or will it be just fine?

The stock mech-fan pulls close to 5000 CFM.....as long as you don't do any heavy towing you should be fine with the single electric fan but with the a/c on towing a trailer you WILL overheat

As hot as it gets in the summer where you're at, I wouldn't think it'd be enough. You generally get what you pay for. I would stick with LS1 or Flex-a-lite fans.

How many amps do the LS1 fans draw? What about the CFM for it?

The 16" won't do it, however two 14" fans will be plenty. Fits nicely too!

What about duel 12" fans would that work. Look on ebay under Electric Fans an it should have a couple listings of 12" duel electric fans for like $69. let me know because I'm wanting them real bad so I can install a better intake I designed for better air flow.
