A VW Sirocco radiator makes a nice heat exchanger. If the junk yard doesn't have one new ones are about $100 or less.

i got a radiator from a dodge datona, once i get it cleaned up and mounted i will take a pic, it is about 4 times the size of the heat exchanger that came with the kit.

my high octane table has the timing down around 5deg for 1g/cyl, then deduct for the iat vs timing table, then deduct for the kr, timing could easialy end up -13deg. seth just called me and told me that timing is huge, like really huge.

wont be long now before this thing is nuts.

Take a lot out of the IAT timing pulls. I've found the IAT's aren't bad up until they get to about 160 .. mine hardly ever get that high though.

haha, now that is funny, i have the stock cat back from the 4.8, that is going to hurt huh.

i will have a 3" cut out on there in a few days, then i will have to decide what i will do with the rest of the exhaust, i like a quiet truck.

It should stay fairly quiet regardless simply because of the turbo.
