Default PRC duals mounting + install ?'s (valve springs + seats + seal)

does the seat go over the stock valve seal, or am I better off using the ones that come in the kit?

I'm getting at it now, so I haven't made the time to search around.

so you're saying, skinny seal first, hammer down the black seat on top of that, then everything else?

You need to remove the stock seals and seats, then install all of the new parts.

well I know that . . .

the new seal's OD is bigger than the ID on the seat for the new springs. I'm guessing I'll figure it it

LOL
I know you're no dummy, just trying to answer your question.
You asked about using the stock stuff.
It all has to come off.

I just want to make sure you don't do this

I just read those 2 threads. Use everything in the kit. No stock stuff!!! I'm glad I didn't try to take any shortcuts when I did mine.

oha no problem . .

I was just unsure of the order of the install.

Those threads are nuts! Great pics too. I've never seen a coil that binded that bad and took part of the head with it.
