Yes the AC is on with 15mm head size bolts. And I did not remove the lines off of the pump so yes, the lines are hooked up.

The EXTRA Bolt has a 13mm head size.
The AC lines is the only place I know on a 2002 engine that uses a 13 mm head on the Bolts and the nuts retaining the lines. That's why I asked.
The fender braces use a 13 mm but have a built in washer and are shorter in length. Same with hood bolts but they are body color.

Maybe I should look again at the front axle as I removed the right axle tube to replace the axle seal.
