Default Rod Bolt SLEEVES

Umm i cant get the bolt out of the cap because of this sleeve..is the sleeve supposed to come out..what do i do now??

They have to come out. You should be able to pull them out with the bolt.

place your channel locks on the bolt and just slightly wiggle the bolt till it comes out. make sure you screw the bolt out then back in about 4 or so threads so it holds when you pull it out. i did a write up on it

Put the cap in a vice (use alum or wood to clamp it so you dont score the side of the rod) then get a hammer and center punch and tap them out.
