Motor mount bolt

Hey guys, I had a rattle coming from my truck, long story short, I found it, but while looking under the truck, noticed the bolt circled above didn't have a nut. Was wondering if it was supposed to, and if so, does anyone know the bolt dimensions so I can replace nuts. Thank you
