Yeah. I ended up painting the intake today to cover up the char marks but Damon it looks good. Once i finish repairing the new harness... which is a whole new issue I'll put up pics of the intake when she's back on.

tomorrow is the big day. all electrical issues have been solved. getting gas tomorrow and ill post vids of the first start up. should be a sleepless night. this has been a year in the making and it comes down to the turn of the key to make it happen. fingers crossed for no fuel leaks.

You are almost there though! You have to finish for all the people like myself that would love to do these builds but really can't afford it. I wanted to do a 383 myself...until I looked at how expensive it was.

its just money. cant take it with you when you die. the way i see it i either spend the money now and enjoy myself or put my kids through college. i just watched my son beat a square peg into a round hole get mad and throw it across the room. fairly certain he is not going to college.
