Pulling 9K with that relatively small cam in summer heat is going to cause some problems, hope you dont plan on towing too much with it anymore.

with the stock 6.0 and a cam in the 230's how was the low to mid. I know it will be an animal on top but I'm most interested in the off idle power. I tow a lot too and I really want a package that will peak the tq well below 5k and have a minimum of 400fwtq at 2k. Right now I was thinking something 218/222 110lsa. I was hoping to get close to 500/500 at the crank with the same heads and intake, and around 10.5 CR. Am I completely dreaming or is something like this even possible?
Thanks for your thoughts.

I was really impressed with the low end when my converter was locked. It would still put you in the seat just rolling on the throttle.

I don't think your dreaming. I think your cam choice is pretty conservative though. Cubes eat cams!! The difference is night and day with my 6.0 to 408 The 408 idles like stock 800 rpm 22* of timing the 6.0 laughed if tried that
