not familiar with the 54 or 60. The other two, P0141 is Heater performance bank 1 sensor 2 and 161 is bank 2 sensor 2. So, both rear sensor are throwing heater performance codes.

So start there, new headers, but did ya mess with the rears, nick a wire on the rears, remove your cats? Alot of times with new headers you'll get some switching codes for th efornt sensors, but i am not aware of heater performance codes for rear o2's due to header change. Double check the installation. Since it's both you can't swap them to see if that's it. Wires didn't get pinched or burned?

the other two codes are "O2 Insuficent Activity Sensor 2" (for both banks)
If I remember correct you went with long tubes and ORY, so you no longer have rear o2 sensors, that has to either be turned off in the tune or get simulators to fool the computer, but it won't effect how it runs

i installed the ory-pipe too... took the rear O2s off, and installed the front O2s into the header collector.

CONDITIONS FOR RUNNING THE DTC

*No active Mass Air Flow (MAF) DTCs
*No active Intake Air Temperature (IAT) DTCs
*No active Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) DTCs
*No active Throttle Position (TP) DTCs
*No active injector DTCs
*No active crank sensor DTCs
*No active ignition control DTCs
*The IAT and ECT are less than 50°C (122°F) and are within 8°C (14.5°F) of each other at engine start-up.
*The ignition voltage is between 10 volts and 18 volts .
*The secondary Air Injection (AIR) , Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) , and the catalyst diagnostics are not active.

I've heard of problems with changing exhaust manifolds for LTs... something about moving the distance of the o2s further frmo the engine. Hope you get it figured out.

removed rear o2's? well taht explains half of your codes! Bank1 is driver's side. Bank 2 is passenger side. Sensor 1 is pre-cat and Sensor 2 is post-cat.
