I’ve had equipment that I’ve loaded files to randomly default to a factory file. No explanation or anything. Even the logs don’t show problems. One minute it’s got my file and then when the system turns back on it just goes to a default config with no errors.
Truck drives and idles fine now, no power loss and AFR looks good although it idled rich for a minute or two. BUT the truck still smokes. 2 month old gas now though so maybe that? I think the tune could be slightly improved but what do I know.
Log and tune below:
Why is PE RPM delay set to zero RPM's ? With it set at zero and according to the "throttle" table you'll be in power enrichment anytime the TPS sees 70% throttle. This will dump fuel in at low speeds when the engine doesn't need it. Raise that up to a sensible level, I have mine set at 3500 RPM's and some would consider that sorta low
My LMM would somehow get its speed limiter back randomly. I was working with PPE and we only came up with maybe GM was flashing it thru the on star. It was odd that software could revert but I've seen it personally.
This truck was never equipped with OnStar that I know of.
@RedXray Thanks Red I will make the changes to reflect that. Like I said this was just slapped together someone did for me. It definitely needs some work. I plan on starting the truck again today. I hope to have a rear bumper on it by next weekend so it will be street legal and I can actually get some logging done on it.
This is how it is setup now. Comparing with my old tune may not be the best start but I bumped up the delay and Min MAP. Everything else I left the same. The old tune has a lot of differences with PE.

Okay I think all the **** coming out of the tail pipe now seems to be just water vapor. There seems to be a ton of it but I guess when you just let it sit for months that is what happens.
The tune definitely needs work. Idle runs rich for way too long in my opinion and I could probably drop the idle RPMs a bit. Still have yet to drive it just have idling logs.

Your problem was exacerbated by starting and stopping without letting everything get up to temp
