Okay I actually have a good excuse for this one. See I ended up driving out to Summit at 8 to go get a new dipstick tube for my Impala because I broke the other one and then I ended up wrenching on that all day. I actually finished it and completely forgot about the truck. I will go and start it right now though

Runs and idles perfect. Just took it on a few mile drive and let it idle for a bit and it runs great. WOT and everything no issues. Bad gas is all it was, probably need to change my fuel filter out though and run a can of sea foam through it.

Hey I actually got that car finished for the most part. Dan saw a video of it running.

So fun update to this one!
Turns out that that was diesel in my gas tank. By a freak chance on Saturday morning I ran into someone who pumped gas at that gas station and had the same thing happen to them although they were smarter than I and took their vehicle in. Apparently the supplier pumped diesel into the 93 pit, nice. I don't know how much mixed with 93 that was already in the station tank, I don't know how much gas I had in my truck I really can't remember I think I had 7 or 8 gallons and filled 17(?) but at the same time I seem to remember I filled up like 24 that day. Apparently that guy just got the insurance payout for that on Friday. Probably not worth it for me to even pursue that even though I have relative documentation of the problem lol

Anyway yeah just wanted to let everyone know. I never smelt it at all so I wonder if it was mixed in pretty good but who knows. Fouled out my AFR sensor so time for a new one of those.

WTF!? Imagine how many people got screwed by that mistake from the gas station! They probably never knew about it. 🤔
