If you do, let me know how everything fits, I'm probably going to wait until tax time, I just bought a set of milled 243 heads, gonna get a cam, and a set of these and do everything at the same time.

So for a 2003 1500HD 2WD w/ 6.0L I am going to assume my shopping list would look something like this?

1: eBay Headers
2: A couple band style exhaust clamps
3: Stock manifold gaskets
4: A cat-back exhaust kit for a 1/2 ton truck so it mates to the eBay headers y-pipe?

I may be mistaken, but I don't recall anyone trying them on an HD truck yet. No idea what would be different. If nothing's different then you're right on the money.

I am probably going to take a stab at it in the next couple of weeks, from
what I can tell the frame on mine versus my buddies 2500 non-HD they are
the same but i took a look under an 04 2500 HD and it was a bit different.
Hopefully with the body lift on the truck it will make for all kinds of area to
work with. Anyone have an opinion on a reasonably priced cat-back kit?

they'll bolt to the engine - the issue is what kind of platform you're putting them into. if it's the same kind of truck as most on here (1500LD), you should be fine.

LOL, geez they were always cheap, and they've dropped down $65 since when I bought mine back in November 2009.

hmm, I guess you could wait three more years and they'll be like 8 bucks shipped with a free catback...
