I think that they said that they were 1 5/8 i.d. iirc from when I read through it.

When I got mine, I did indeed measure them internally and they were exactly 1-5/8"...(never 1-1/2")

That size claim is open to debate since half of the info you can find online says "tubing" is measured EXTERNALLY or by outside diameter, and half the info I found says it's measured INTERNALLY, or by inside diameter...

Measured EXTERNALLY, their OUTSIDE DIAMETER is 1-3/4"

Measured INTERNALLY, their INSIDE DIAMETER is 1-5/8"

I know that still doesn't definitively say anything, but those are the exact measurements.

Maybe someone who has another brand headers advertised as 1-3/4" would be so kind and measure them externally (with a micrometer or caliper, not a tape measure or ruler) to compare.

Whatever size these are, they are the same size as the head's exhaust ports, almost exactly.

EDIT: as you can see in the next 2 posts, these EBAY headers are indeed 1-3/4" primaries....
Thanks John, for providing the measurement from his headers.

Never measured the width distance, but my 1 3/4 ID headers measure 5.5'' around the out side..

Thanks John, and I guess that settles the Ebay header tubing size argument once and for all...That's exactly what mine measure on the three different pipes that I could reach on my tip-toes, lol...

Yep...I edited page ONE, lol. I guess all the guys who insisted on, and bought, other 1-3/4" headers thinking these were 1-5/8" are gonna be pissed...

It appears that TUBING is, in fact, measured by the OUTSIDE DIAMETER. Although I never claimed these were 1-5/8" tubes, only stated what I measured and where I had measured them...

I know, I actually just asked pacesetter as well and they confirmed that that is the o.d. that primaries are speced by.
