Do you already have the harness or were you just planning on buying the stock harness?

Im not sure if you can use the stock harness or not with your model truck because i have an 01' silvy and my fans are only controlled with one pcm pin, where the trucks that came from the factory with efans were controlled by 2 pins.. Also i dont know how the factory routes there harness(through the fuse block and other major wiring areas).. If you dont already have the harness, your best bet would be to build your own(if your pretty good at wiring) or just buy a harness from one of our tuning vendors.. I bought mine from blackbear and it is great..

On the 2002, both fans will come on low when commanded by the ECM. When the AC enters recirculate, one of the fans will kick on to high. I don't know if you can use the stock wiring harness. I'm using a blackbear harness.

Short answer no. you would have to modify the harness for it to work. Also Just so you know you need the radiator to from an 05-up vehical. The factory one in the 99-04 1500 is a 28 in core and the E fan radiator is a 34 inch core.

This link has the wiring info you are looking for.

Here is another link with some actual pictures showing what the installer did.

I can say for certin because i don't have one in front of me. but what you can do is measure the aluminum part of the radiator were the fan shroud bolts up and see if the opening is the same as the E-fan you have.

I think the 2500 may have had the larger radiator. Just double check before you go changeing things. would suck to get into it and find you need a radiator too.

Yes.
Theres a few diff ways you can do this.
Check the efan harness 101 thread i did.

1: Pcm controls a single pin for both fans.
2: Pcm controls two pins, one for each fan.
3: pcm controls a single pin, and use the a/c trigger wire to control the fan #2

2500hd has the 34" rad. If it doesnt, thats a new one on me.
