Yes, My complete exhaust is 5.3. keep in mind the cats are different though...

Here is a pic (4.8 I believe) with the "donut seal" on the passanger side.

Here is a pic of my exhaust pipes. The "donut seal" is seating on the pipe.

That is factor 5.3 exhaust, that bolted up and sealed up to a 6.0 AFTER I installed the "donut seal" in the 6.0 manifold.
The seal has three tabs that help hold it in the manifold. After being transfered so many times, mine falls out.....

The muffler with the oil lines must be specific to a 5.3, my 4.8 didn't come with that.

You wouldn't happen to have that donut seal part number would you? If not I can go digging

SAME, SAME, SAME.....

If they are different, I must have got luck, because I haven't had to change my exhaust once. I have had a 5.3 switched to a 6.0, then another 5.3 with different manifolds, and now back to a 6.0.......
ASK ME HOW I KNOW THEY ARE ALL THE F-ING SAME!
Im with you i changed out my 5.3 to 6.0 and i didnt take the manifolds off the 6.0 and i didnt change the pipes.
