Unhappy Is my tranny going bad?

I need some input.
When I step on the gas and go WOT it revs then it feals like it goes into gear. When I do a WOT it revs to 6grand and has a pause in the shift like it revs out of 1 and then into 2 gear.

I have a weatley tune and it has never done that untill about yesterday. What to you guys think it might be, is my tranny is about to go or is my tourqe converter about to go?

Thanks RJ

I don't think you have to drop the pan to swap sticks

You could probably just pull it out with some needle nose pliers through the drain hole, that's what I did.
