Default 4L60E slip w/radix install

Put about 10 hard runs on the truck since the radix install (all street) Noticed a mild slip from 1st to 2nd at WOT today while merging. This is with only 4#'s of boost. At least I think it was slipping, felt like it took forever between gears ( 1-2 seconds) and quit pulling as hard. Gotta be slipping... Tranny has 62K miles.
Question 1: Should I drive it till it sh*ts or pull it now and try to do something with it (rebuild/sell)?

Question 2: When I install the new tranny and HD TC should I get a posi at the same time or will my g80 (if that is what I have???) hold up?

I'm only putting 300hp to the rear wheels, guessing, no dyno yet, but she's a heavy pig.

Mine did the 1-2 slip pretty quick after I upped the boost on mine. I only had 2000 or so miles on the truck so we dropped the valve body and did all the billet parts and mods there. No problems since. I hate to say it but with 60k+ on yours I'd be thinking about a complete rebuilt with the good 65E parts and as many of the billet goodies as you can afford.

What would you consider to be the complete list of "billet parts and mods"?

I've got the new tranny in the garage waiting to go in. Here are the parts it was built with:
Raybestoes Z-Pak with 13 clutches (replaces factory 5 clutches in the 3-4 drum)
All high temp, high energy clutches throughout the rest of the unit
All new steels, bands, bushings and rings
A .500 boost valve
10 vane pump rotor
4140 hardened pump rings
TEFLON pump bushing
29 element sprag
Sonnax WOT valve
Oversized hardened sun shell
Hardened input shaft and drums
5 pinion planetary gear
High temp pro series raybestoes kevlar band
Corvette servo
1-2 and 3-4 accumulators are blocked off

The builder assures me this thing is a rock and I won't have any issues. Warranty for one year, unlimited miles.
I was just wondering when I should swap? What are the signs that my stock tranny is about to fail? AND What should I do with the stocker? Rebuild or just sell it?

My tranny is slipping pretty good at WOT now. I guess shes about done. Around town, no problem - just the first to second @ 5800rpm. How long before this thing quits on me? I won't be able to get the better tranny in until week after next, if then. Am I gonna make it? I'm getting ready to drop the pulley from a 3.7 to a 3.4 tomorrow, I'm sure that won't help my cuase any. I'm only making 4-5 lbs of boost now and hoping for 7 lbs or so with the 3.4. Farewell stock tranny...

with any radix install should come a good shift kit. without it you might as well order a trans ahead of time.

I looked into a shift kit when I bought the radix. Was gonna be about $450 installed. So I checked out a whole new "built" tranny. Cost $1700 shipped, but I figured with over 60K on the stocker, half of that with my lead foot, I was probably due for a new one instead of a shift kit. If I can find 4 or 5 free hours I'd put it in. I'm just way toooooo busy. I just don't want my stocker to leave me walkin' cause I couldn't read the signs of the tranny failure getting closer.
