What backspacing would I need if I use a 15x10 Weld Prostar (96 series) with a wheel adapter (2" thick) that goes from 6 lug to 5 lug (5x4.75 "F-body")??? And would I be able to fit 26" tall tire?

Yes Im willing to gring the calipers.
