Talking TrickPer Turbo Kit Install...Here I come

1st I have to give credit to Rick( TrickPerf) for delivering quality kit. I ordered stage 4 kit in August 2012 and it was deliverd on time in September 2012 in top quality packaging. He made me a custom FMIC behind the grill because my truck is 4x4 and I did not want low mount IC under the bumper. I ordered 4" IC because Chevy Silverado Truck has good amount of space behind the grill compared to GM Trucks.

I waited long for the install due to some circumstances not related to the kit.

Started the install this week. Oil pan was removed while engine still in the truck. Lifted the front on jack stands and has to losen engine mounts and lift the engine little to remove the oil pan. Shop didn't want to take chances with drilling oil pan in the truck and getting mills in the turbo and oil system.

Removed the headers and mounted the stock driver side manifold and pass side turbo manifold.

Clocked the turbo and installed it on the turbo manifold.

Mounted tru-cool 40K oil cooler.

Stay tuned for more update.

I havd e 3-bar map for duramax GM trucks.

Waiting to be installed:
Fuel Pressure gauge, Boost gauge and Wideband gauge will go in a pillar tripple gauge pod.

Racetronix 79 ib/hr hi imp injectors
Aermotive intank 340 fuel pump with wiring kit
Bulkheads
MP-4301 MagnaFuel pump
8AN feed
6AN return
Boost reference Manafuel fuel pressure regulator
MagnaFuel MP-9950-B Fuel pressure regulator w/boost reference

Might cancel stock fuel lines and run complete AN line for feed and return using bulkhead fittings with external pump and FP regulator or just use one AN line using one bulkhead for feed, inline pump with hub switch, and tee it to stock rails using stock FP regulator.

I plan on running 15 psi on pump gas if I can. I have put 9 psi spring in WG. Will tune it for 9 psi first then will use Hallman MBC, in cab, to increase boost upto 15.
