What have you done? Did you need to extend the maf wiring?
No did not extend the wires just moved them. I will be picking up the truck tonight or first thing in the morning so i can start testing. So the IAT and MAF are in the same sensor? 2 wires controling the IAT and 3 control the MAF. So i would turn the key on probe the ground wire then one wire should read 5v. What will the signal wire read?

^^ good point. itll take 3 seconds to check.

I have the stock MAP and MAF sensors and my tuner had no problem tuning it.

OK I can see that.
Good turbo, springs to hold the pressure and meth.

Not sure whats up with the MAF i only need the MAP since im using dash logic and not a boost gauge for reading boost.

I was just going to get a new sensor but they wont let me return it if its not the problem. So i need to make sure thats the problem before buying it. Getting the truck in about an hour so i can start working on it.
Tuner is now thinking ill be right around 400hp on 91 octane. Little disappointed was hoping for 450.

Turns out to be bad sensor. I guess the confusion was he (tuner) was not getting a code so he figured it was more likely a wiring issue on my part. This morning it finally threw a code.

next available time to get the truck back in for tuning is the 29th. He said it was good to go just not to go WOT or above 5000rpm. He has it dialed in for the most part. I dont think it is though did some wired spitting and sputtering if i got on the throttle at all. Nice easy acceleration its fine. Wonder if adding a working MAF changed how it runs, so now its not as dialed in as it was. Thats all over my head. Now i have to drive it around for another week and a half with out being able to enjoy my new turbo.

he did not do anything with the transmission said the can tune from diablo i 2 was fine. Does that sound right?
Definitely disappointed i cant be out driving it like i want to. Also do you guys leave traction control on or disable it? Mine kicked in once shifting to second and i was not on it hard at all.

i would think someone doing a custom tune on your truck would have at least said something about the can tune.... but its possible the diablo guys nailed it.

i would ***** foot it until it is completely tuned. Or not at all.

I didnt know you could disable TC. i just use the button. Mine sometimes breaks the tires loose from 1-2 under reg driving but its nothing to worry about.
