I been running a procharger for over 10 years and never had belt issues..i changed the routing of the belt from the beginning and never had a problem...305ci tbi, went from 147rwhp to 347rwhp on a p1s/c and the the 355ci I have now has dynoed at 512rwhp with a d1-s/c and a 3.10 pulley and 62 lb injectors...right now I am throwing in a tune up and changing the pulley to a 2.65 and upgrading to 80 lb injectors and a 3 bar map...still no slippage

Not sure if it is needed with a centri, but do any Procharger guys using stock crank pulleys pin the crank?

I run a few 3x3 lipped Procharger idler/tensioner pulleys on my twin Maggie 12 rib setup and it is quite happy with a slight twist in the belt(face of idlers not exactly on the same plane). Not a fan of the 9000(+/-) RPM bearings that Procharger uses though. Anybody upgrade these?

Well i really dont post alot on here anymore but frequent the site everyday. Pretty sick of listening to the same old turbo/cam thread.

But i have been busy on the truck! This thing really woke up when i dumped 16lbs of boost to the coals. gonna go ahead and max the blower out soon with a 3.55 pulley and lots of meth.

Just a few pics i took the other day. Removed the 4wd and installed Atomics coilover kit.

i was blowing threw my old FTI since I'm making so much power now I'm hoping the truck will be more efficient up top
