Default Problem w/ Intercooler Reservoir

The last few days I have noticed a problem. Each time I am done driving my truck the water from the Intercooler Reservoir foams up and leaks out of the to down onto my front drivers side wheel. The water is leaking out of the top where the cap screws onto the reservoir. I have a Radix and I am using distilled water with one bottle of Redline water wetter. I am thinking it has something to do with the heat because this is the first time I have had this problem. Does anybody have any suggestions for a fix? Let me know.

How hot is the water in that tank, and is the tank filled to the very top.?

I dont know the temperature of the water in the tank, It happens after I drive my truck around for a while. I do fill the water to the top of the tank but after a few days it goes down to half tank or less. How do I flush all of the water out the correct way? I can then refill with whatever you suggest I use?

Man sounds like you have a leaky core or some serious over heating issues. Try to get ahold of Brian @ JPA he knows alot of those blowers.

There's a fill line near the top of the tank. You shouldn't need to fill too often. Mine needs a cup, or two once a year, or so. You might have a leaky core, or somewhere else.

Also, the water in the intercooler tank should be warm to the touch, not so hot you couldn't stick your finger in it.

You more than likely have a bad cap and or reservoir. PM me your address and I will have one shipped out to you asap.

BTW, put some coolant in your system. Water wetter is not going to do much for you at that low temperature.
