I just now found this thread, I am not on here as much as before.
That said mine did some very similar stuff. I found I had a fuse blown. Mine is a swap with an aftermarket fuse block and harness so it is different but I would check that if you have not and see if you have any fuses blown. Mine controlled the MAF and O2 sensors. Check that and let me know.

I also ended up getting rid of my MAF and going SD tune completely The MAF and turbo didnt play along. I also had some close bends in my tube between the IC and the MAF that didn't help.

Yea I ended up having a crack on the MAF sensor up stream and that's the only leak I've found I jbwelded it I'm gunna use it just to get it on the tralor and off, then Jakes going to SD tune it. Right now it has a small leak on the wastegate trying to get it sealed. The truck at idle is 14.2-15.5 AFR and fuel trims are +25 or so on the PLX guage. If I give it a little gas and see say 2500 rpm and let off the AFR goes to 20 then idles a little rough but catches up and levels out. Need to get some good gas in it tho trucks been setting along time. I don't drive it. Not till I get it to Jake and he goes through it.
