i couldn't find it, did you say you were stock returnless style fuel setup or did you go to a return style setup? and does your tuner know how your fuel system is setup? the tune is different for both styles.

Im running a returnless set up for now. Untill i can save up to get the stuff for the return. Im running the walbro 400 with hotwire kit and Siemens 80lb injectors my psi at idle right now is 69-70 to my knowledge thats high. I think we plan to tune fpr 6-8psi for now till i can get the FPR set up

Way to high of idle fuel pressure, you're tune is going to be way off. Do you have a wideband on this thing?

Yeah he does, usually reads very lean at idle and eventually settles down to stoich after the fuel trims go positive.

Before we go any further, has this truck ever been tuned? If so, who is the tuner?

Man this thing sounds like a nightmare. I preach this almost daily...quality in, quality out. If you miss something either because of negligence or you simply missed important stuff by accident, it isn't going to give you good results.

How do the fuel trims compare between banks? If the fueling is erratic as hell it could be an issue with dirty injectors. I've been seeing this more and more often lately. There are few problems of this nature that can be fixed quickly. If you end up bringing the truck to me and I find mechanical problems, it will probably be a 2 week setback at least. And I don't want to waste your time or mine.

as far as i know there should be any mechanical issues, like stated the truck ran fine before this swap. the intake and heads never came off.

the injectors were swapped and then the turbo as well. im not to sure of the fuel trims the logs we have on the post prior to this? honestly it has to be something in the fuel/injectors or the tuning i have 2 different map sensors ive tried as well as 2 different tunes one being 20% more fuel. ive gone over the whole top of the motor about 7-8 times with starting fluid and could find a leak?
