finally boosted but....

I'm extremely skeptical that the rocker bolt holes have anything to do with your issue. The only reason people even bother sealing the bolts is so oil isn't slowly sucked into the runners.
Consider letting someone with some experience on these setups give your setup a look over to make sure everything is as should be. Also questioning if you hurt the motor when you had the wastegate hooked up wrong running on a mail-order tune. With something as sensitive as a turbo setup, you really need to get a live tune or just get the software and tune it yourself. There's nothing difficult about it if you can spend a bit of time reading.

Yea im going to take it to jake- smokeshow. Soon a d have him go threw it and tune it. I dont know much about the boost stuff just that the tune needs to be spot on and the snall issues become bigger. I do know the truck ran flawlessly before and the heads and intake never came off. But before i take it to jake i wanna get all the stupid ideas done just so it saves him time and whar bot.

Started it up same crap. So hopefully next stop will be jakes. Im totally out of ideas. Especally since the only thing i swapped on the motor was the springs and rockers, and it ran flawlessly before? Hopefully he can figure it out without to many issues

are you sure all the numbers are right for the injectors? i still think its got to do with those. if the offsets are wrong or any of it really it will cause injectors to misfire. i had a set of injectors that were just crap. i fought them for weeks, finally just sold them and bought new ones. different brand of course. that was a win. they caused my tahoe to misfire and idle lean soon as i would take off it would go rich let off the throttle they would misfire and go lean then die.

I would be willing to wager that the majority of his problem is in the maf calibration. I just skimmed over the thread, and didnt look at any of the tunes. Anytime you change the diameter of the tube the maf is in, you change the resolution of the maf. I would also bet that he is running a 3'' or 2.5'' cold side, a big change in tubing size. You cannot change around sizes with your maf tube, and expect it to be calibrated.
Example:
I ran my truck in open loop for a while when I was n/a. Had the tune dialed in with the stock intake, then swapped to a cai with a 3.75'' tube. It moved the ENTIRE afr up 2 full points. Just off a small change.
