yea and another stamp, because it is an SBR (short barrel rifle). and rifle with a barrel under 16 inches is considered an sbr and requires a tax stamp for it and some paper work that has to be signed by your local head of leo or sherriff. i know in the state of texas, in order to own and buy a silencer, you have to set up a trust with a lawyer and third party, so if you were to die while in legal possesion of the silencer, it would go to someone who could legally own it. there is a website for the houston area that sets up the trusts and handles them if you cannot find another third party. often big city police forces can be used as the third party trust.

When you have your class 3 and SOT license, you just build whatever you want and keep the serial numbers in the books for the ATF. If you already have a business, you dont have to do all the form 4s and form 1s. Plus once you register it as a full auto you can make it a sbr cause the full auto supersedes it.
We run a YHM Mite on it. With subs it just makes a hum with the action noise. Pretty fun!
With the SOT we can build all kinda stuff like suppersors and guns. Just finished 2 more M1919s and that M2. 1919s can be built for under 1k and barrels can be had for 50 bucks so we pretty good at burning them out now.

In Texas you can still get LEO to sign off but if they wont a Revocable Living Trust is the way to go. Thats how I did mine. Plus its a lot quicker, no background BS

Na we dont. Its just a backwoods throw together deal to go thru the hoops and be able to play with machine guns legally.
I thinks thats the best way to put it.

Haha oh no, everything is legal. Dang ATF Agent comes out all the time to check the books. But i think he just says that so he can shoot the M2 ha

Yea. The trust route is most simple. Thats what i did for the suppressors. And will just keep updating it as money allows. Tryin to gather peices for a 300 blackout SBR build.
