Yea this really sucks! Those of us who educate our self, and take all the precautions to make gun ownership as safe as possible, then idiots like this only undermine all of it.

This is a strong case for completeat ban of assault weapons. These guys probably easily passed the back round check, and generally are safe with there weapons(that is an assumption) but they got drunk and retarded and could be sitting in jail for murder right now! Hopefully they make a massive example and punish the hell out of these guys to remind idiot gun owners to always keep a sober clear head when messing around with guns!

I hope they get charged with attempted murder! Hopefully that would send a very strong message and save anyone from suffering the pain of any gunshots!!!!

Imagine how far it would have gone if it was a bolt action hunting rifle firing a 30-06, or 7mm Rem Mag, instead of the intermediate 7.62x39? The only reason it made the news is cause it was an AK being used. The Media machine is dead set on helping Obama get congress to pass legislation. PERIOD...
