I didnt miss anything you said , it wasnt directed right at you since I see your point, but anyone else who has that much time and money into the engine IMO should know how to tune themselves. Thats all I was getting at.

im not getting derogotory bro, but i didnt know a damn thing about tuning when i added forced induction to my truck. So i was reccomended to Nelson Performance, which i bought tuning from . Now after various mods and lots of time on these truck sites, i am begining to understand about the whats and whys of tuning and the things you can do to your truck. Learning tuning is NOT an easy thing to do, I have No local place ( within an hours drive ) to get a tune done. And just like Flabouy i wanted a professional who knows F I chevrolet tuning . I also just Bought HP Tuners and can share logs with Allen to get the same results as if i drove 24 hours to texas and get a live Tune. This is the only option for a guy like me who need tuning to make my truck perform without worry of hurting it. When you spend an Extra 10 grand on your truck, you want piece of mind , thats why i went to Nelson performance. Just trying to help a guy get some info on why I chose a paticular tuner, NOT make his decision for him. SomeDay i Hope i learn ALL the tuning tricks so I can Depend on myself to make adjustments, but it is nice to have a professional just a phone call away.

Amen Brother..... Somehow email is faster than the 19 hour drive for me... and have you seen the price of gas here lately...? That sure would pay for a lot of power adders.....

I can say this much, UBLUZIN03 will more than likely be getting a W4M tune no matter what we tell him. He's not looking for the best tune, he's looking for the best priced tune.
He will more than likely go with an 87 oct tune as well. He just doesn't seem like a guy that will be placing 93oct fuel in his truck every fill-up like a lot of us here do. If he is, then the more expensive tune wouldn't be a road block for him.
That's just how I am looking at his first couple of posts. I could be wrong.... ......wouldn't be the first time.

My humble apologizes , I read it as he asked about Jesse's tune but I guess I was wrong .
I had and rode in fast cars when I was a kid , but have out grown that stuff now , (not all the way) still like a little power , but not to extreme .
My wife and I talked today about getting a Z06 , just to drive back and forth from New Mexico to Texas , but hey can't touch any of you guys stuff here .
