Tuning for headers
#51
Already have ARP header bolts. Didn’t get new O2 sensors cause did not figure I needed them, if one of them goes crazy then I’ll buy one but just gotta rock the original ones.
Plug wires is actually what I was just looking at. I thought about it after buying the headers. I think I saw a set of MSD wires, the angled ones, used somewhere. Maybe I’ll just wrap the ones that touch?

I ran stock replacement wires with some (lost most of them) metal sleeves and never had issues with my TSP headers for many probably 20k miles without burning anything. I always just turn the boots the coil end to pull the wire away from the primary and just run like that.

I am just gonna run the stocks. If they melt they melt and I will get another set of wires but I will make sure to keep a good eye on them for the next few days after the install

Lmao wow, that autocorrect really got me there somehow. I meant boots. Just rotate the boots on the coils and it will pull the wire away from the primaries and they will be just fine with the temps unless something goes crazy on that cylinder and it gets super hot. In that case you have other issues lol
