I didn’t think we had heaters?

I looked and the tuner actually had everything done when I took it. I guess that is why when I broke that one cat it never turned a CEL on

Last piece of the puzzle is the y pipe. I cannot get this thing on and I believe it is oging to have a gap...

Edit:
It’s on attached is the fitment issues

Not that I really care cause this is past the cats. Driver side y pipe elbow connection

What's holding it from seating all the way?

Sometimes the muffler and pipe hangers need to be cut and re-fabricated so thing can move around. I rigged my new SE true duals enough to get me to my muffler guy. The hangers were not matching my truck 100%. In the long SE thread this is commonplace.

It seems to be too short. My passenger O2 is stupid close to the frame as well I thought it was not going to go in. I’ll take a video tonight of everything and my suspicion as to why it is like it is.

I do have a vid of true dual open headers for your listening pleasure. I’ll drop a link in a few minutes

My passenger side O2 is also very uncomfortably close to the frame rail. I think you should leave it open header sounds great.

It does sound awesome! Like you said above yes the muffler pipes will need to be fixed by an exhaust guy, they are just barely too far away.

So I am trying to log my afr with my hptuners and have yet to have success. For some reason it will not pick up my usb to serial port and whenever I turn the truck on the whole channel disappears, very weird.

Getting plug wires next week. After the header install I am running at 16-17 AFR just part throttle. When I floor it it drops down to like 10 I think. I'm gonna say it is working lol

10afr is radically rich for an NA motor, 16-17 is way to lean but the AFR sensor may be reading lean if there are leaks in the system.

I believe there might be just because of that one spot in the y pipe.
It will go to a muffler shop next week

Edit: Yesterday I cranked the truck over and at idle it was at 20!!! Meant to mention that. That’s why I’m pretty sure it is leaking. I need to take a quick log today to look at my O2 sensors and make sure they aren’t acting retarded as well.
