Default still having problems with REP mode

Man, this has been very frustrating. I can't for the life of me figure out why I am getting REP mode. When the engine is off, I can not go into REP mode no matter what throttle position I am at, and forever how long I want to keep it there. When it is running, I get REP mode at 65-70% TP, and at WOT. I always get P2101. Supposedly you can disable REP mode, but I can not figure out how to do it. Does anyone have any ideas?

I was getting a different code, but a broken ground that bolts to the passenger rear cylinder head was all my issue.

From what i read it is one of three things. The throttle body, the PCM or the gas pedal.

I am using EFI Live. I have had 2 different T-Body's on it. The first was the truck 87mm, and I got P1516. I decided to use a new LS7 T-Body for the 09 up engines. I occasionally got P2101 at WOT when I went through the traps. I changed pullys, and am now getting it all the time. The wiring is new with properly crimped and soldered ends form the TAC to the T-Body. The ground to the heads have been cleaned and the one on the pass head has been crimped and soldered with a new end (Even tough the old one looked fine).

I forgot to mention if I start the truck, and do not touch the throttle at all, I go into REP mode with P0068, P0102, P0035, P0106, B2961, U1000, U1305, U1301 after just a minute or two. If I touch the throttle at all, it will not go into REP mode until I push the throttle at least 65% with it running.

Man, I hate dumping more money in it. If I have to spend the money for a PCM, I think I will take the route to change it to cable driven, and never have problems with it again. I plan on keeping this truck (well I did plan on keeping it). Unless there is a place that sells PCM's cheap.
