Default OL and CL tune help

ive got a couple problems in my tune and i cant figure it out on my own for once i havent had troubles before while tuning in the ve and maf. im trying to run my truck in CL with the maf and everytime i load it back from OL, it goes rich and lt fuel trims just keep on truckin on the positive side even when w/b is showing 13 or richer. i have been going back and forth, checking the ve table and the maf airflow to see if there were errors but they are all -5 to +1. i checked my offset voltages on the w/b and also, free aired it a couple times. i posted my latest tune and log.

You are commanding stoich of below 14.68 in your stoich AFR table.?? Don't know if that would drive LTFT's though.
