Still looks pretty conservative. I don't see any KR at WOT in the log. I would select that whole area in the lower right part of the spark table that has 21 in it and change that to ~26. Then smooth around it and log for KR. I also like to check the 3D chart and make sure the spark table isn't turing in to a lumpy mess.

If you look at your log you are getting ~21* of timing at WOT. If it was using only the Low table then you would only be seeing ~13* at WOT.
It's actually when the MAF is put into fail for tuning,which will cause open loop operation, that it will only use the Low table. It's a safety measure since the pcm thinks the MAF is broken when that is done. When in normal closed loop operation the low table is only used for blending when KR is detected.
