I can't tune with my wide band because I didn't buy the "PRO" version of HPT The shift points were set at my last track day. Could I just bump up a few degrees of timing without the tables being set? Oh and which is the torque management that I can remove without hurting the engine? There is bunch of TM tables everywhere.

look at the hptuners message board. there will be plenty of help there. there is also a way to get around not having the pro version to where you can still input the WBo2 sensor.

It's not the engine that'll hurt when you remove TM, it's the transmission. If you read the help file that comes with HP Tuners, they show you where to turn off TM and Abuse Mode.

What sort of tuning have you done so far?

What RPM you shifting at?
I was shifting at 6100 1-2 and 2-3 when i ran a 14.8.
But i dont know your elevations so a 15.4 might be pretty good over there..

I'm lost, your wideband doesn't work just because you can't hook it to your laptop?

If he wants to correlate the WB data with the engine RPM, etc. is it a bitch to do without being in the pro version. Unless the WB has software capability and an RPM sensor.

I've used a handheld while tuning in trucks that are much faster than 15's. It can be done with a handheld.
