Question for youo guys, how much tm are you removing from the 4l60/65e? Do i just set everything in that table to 640 and make the abuse mode >1 ? Has anyone done this with Hptuners? Looking for a little advise on this... Vehicle is an 06 yuk denali xl.. Just looking to experiment before i replace the trans, so i dont want to remove all of the TM.

 

Abuse mode max out.

TM is a shift thing. I generally take out 75%. A little bit in there is a good thing for a long happy life and you generally dont even notice it.

 

so multiply the current values by say .20?

 

I take away some of the engine side torque mngt but leave most on the transmission side. I don't have exact values and tables that I remember off the top of my head though.

 

What should I look for dong that? This is Sorrento from efi live
