Front end noise, Replaced everything, Still there!!!
#1
Hey guys, I have a front end growl. I only hear it at slow speeds while turning or coming to a complete stop. I have replaced the Upper and lower control arms with MOOG. I replaced my torsion bar mounts. Took the grease boots off my Rare Parts tie rods and cleaned them out and ran all new grease through them. Replaced CV axles. I think i have narrowed it down to Brakes (Did a hydro boost swap or maybe something in my Front Diff (I re geared it to 4.56 not to long ago). When I replaced my axles I changed the diff fluid and everything looked and felt fine. I also replaced front hub assembly on driver side. This all started after I slammed into a huge pot hole dirt roading at night. The noise I'm hearing sounds like a growl or something possibly vibrating in the engine bay. Almost like a tire dragging the inner fender plastic but thats not it. Please throw some suggestions at me that I may be missing?. Could a pulsing or sticking caliper maybe cause this?
