Send support an email over at Hptuners with a description of what you got going on and Bill will probably then ask you to send him an info log of when you are hooked up to the truck so he can see what's going on and get it figured out for you.

Bill should get back to you right away. He has answered my emails at 11:00 pm on a weekend before when I had an issue, he's a good guy! Excellent support over there in general!

 

Yeah let us know what you find, it's pretty rare I think for an interface box to take a dump but anything is possible.

Something went bad in the interface and they repaired it under warranty. Finially got it back today after 2 weeks.

 

Huh, all be damned. Pretty rare for an interface to go bad as far as I know about. That's good it's all fixed up for you.
