HELP!!!!! HP Tuners Wont Read VCM And Now Reduced Engine Power

I have did that too, on both computers. Hopefully I will hear something today and I will let you all know. Thanks for all the advice, I appreciate it!!!

Bill should get back to you right away. He has answered my emails at 11:00 pm on a weekend before when I had an issue, he's a good guy! Excellent support over there in general!

Yeah let us know what you find, it's pretty rare I think for an interface box to take a dump but anything is possible.

Something went bad in the interface and they repaired it under warranty. Finially got it back today after 2 weeks.

Huh, all be damned. Pretty rare for an interface to go bad as far as I know about. That's good it's all fixed up for you.
