so today my wife was going to her girlfiends house and some stupid drunk driver decided to lock the breaks up two cars in front of her on the interstate Air bags deployed thank god she wasn’t hurt. Cops made them pull off to some old subdivision off the interstate to assess the damage. my front lower end is all pushed in. doesnt look that bad but tranny cooler and rad are demoed and somehow the hood latch bentback and i cant open the hood. here some pics makes me so mad when i look at this.

Dang that sucks to hear man! Good thing it didn't get the main grille and the hood tho. You going to get a different bumper or stay with the stock one?

 

that really sucks. id be superpissed if it were my truck too. good way to look at it maybe good reason to make some cosmetic changes up front. cant believe the fog lights are ok.

 

Glad that nobody got hurt...people who can't drive for **** get especially whacked out during inclement weather

 

air bags replaced, believe it or not you can pull both lights out, some how the clips or supports snaped in the back. the hoods got a little buckle in it and doesnt line up with the fenders and the grill well its kinda holding on by one clip, i called the body shop i deal with and he said the front might need to be pulled but he cant say until the truck gets there. sucks i cant open the hood cuz i wanna see what else is fubared. all and all been such a good friday before my birthday


im gonna stay with stock. once its fixed its gone i wont keep a truck once the air bags have gone off.

 

I'm glad she is ok. how big of a mess do those airbags make when they deploy? who is going to get the blame? I know in TX, it's the persons fault who rearended the vehicle, regardless.

 

theres this baking powder lookin stuff all over her but she said it was hard to get her breath because the seat belt locks into place. The cop didnt charge anyone not even the drunk in his piece of **** ford wife said it was some newbie cop at the accident. my dads buddy a cop and i got the ******* Plate number so im gonna give him a call to see if he can do something but i doubt it.

well looks like its time to find something new
