lol do u actually think the v6 is gonna beat the new hemi. come on. just sit back and think for a sec. ford did all these tests. let car and driver do these test!!! and i bet these numbers wont match period. not saying this because im a gm boy. im saying this because its the world of advertisment

they did tow against dodges best engine and gearing in a 1/2 ton,they didnt for the chevy,

I have always been a turbo fan. I like the idea of a 4.8 with a turbo, and will more than likely end up putting one in my 72 C10. I am not a huge Ford fan, but I do have to give them credit. I think the turbo V6 is a great thing for them. I am very interested in what will come of them. I really want to hear of the people that install an inline regulator before the wastegate for $10, and increase their power. Plus it would be so easy to switch turbos with all of the hardware already there.

sure would be cool if GM would pull the 4.5 liter duramax off the shelf and stick in a half ton

And call it a mini max,GM should have had that engine in 1/2 ton years ago
