Look for the spice section.
you will see a whole bunch of stuff
For chili, beef stew, swiss steak, fried rice, pepper steak.
sweet and sour any thing, chicken and dumplings, and other stuff.
ingredients and directions on all of it.
my wife can't cook worth ****, tonight we ate chicken and cheese
