I Sometimes make a meat lovers breakfast with chunks of ham, spam, eggs, chorizo, and cheese all mixed together in a frying pan. It looks a little weird but tastes awesome.

Invest in a good cast iron skillet as well and season it, or buy one already seaonsed. It's the next best thing to a grill for me when I'm cooking on the stove. I cook hotdogs, steaks, fried eggs, and even make quesadillas with one. I'm not much help on ideas but I have the tools.

yes a crock pot can be your friend, get a crock pot cook book. All kinds of good **** in those, then whip yourself up a big pot of beef stew or something along those lines.. Make some Rueben sandwiches, if you like corned beef and krout. Hell saurkraut and corn beef can be had cheap and if you do a large amount you could eat it in different variations for a week... I usually make like 4lb corned beef and a gallon of kraut at a time. Then eat it for lunch for the next week, the wife makes fun of me for eating the same thing for lunch for a week but hell who cares it tastes good...

I forgot to mention my most favorite meal, you can take it anywhere and it's always good the next day!..........

Fookin 'A' !!! bologna and cheese sandwhiches.

If you want to get fancy you can grill them.
If you want some veggies just add lettuce and tomatoe for a meal that contains the four basic food groups!
