Default 4x4 Tire question

I am trying to get my ducks-in-a-row for my tire decision which I am more than likely going to have to do in about 6 or so months. I plan on lowering the rear of my truck 2 more inches using shackles and lowering the front by trimming the bump-stops some and loosening the torsion bar bolts. I would like to run a shorter tire that is also wider. Would it be possible for me to run a 285/60/16 tire all around? The height is only about 1 inch shorter than my stock 245/75/16 tire I have now but I am more concerned about rubbing at full lock. If anyone has run this combination before please let me know. Thanks in advance.

I'm running 275/60/16 Toyo Proxies on stock rims on my 4x4. They are 28" tall, I don't care what the tire calculate say its "supposed" be, that what the tape measure says. I lowered it with removing the rear blocks and took 5 turns off the torsion bars. I have no rubbing issues. Pic is in the sig.

kb, do you have any pics from the rear quarter so I can see the width? I would like to run something pretty wide and I saw V8's truck with 285/60/16 on the rear and I just loved it. I think he has a 2/4 drop so I would be a bit higher but not by much. Thanks

White, thanks in advance for the pics. Also, what brand tires are you running? Any suspension mods? Thanks

I had Goodyear GTII, but the back two were a little worn, and I broke a rim, so now they are mismatched. I have teh goodyears on the front, and bfg's on th eback. I have 2" shackles in the back, and loosend torsion bars in the front. I think it would look better if I dropped it another 2" all around, but Ill be bringing it back up for hunting season, and I dont want to drop the front another 2" with the torsion bars, so itll probably just stay how it is.
