where your headlight harness plugs into your ballast, you have to turn your plug around so that it plugs in backwards. Our trucks you have to reverse the polaritys. It should work then if everything else is correct

the only thing that i see is different is the drivers side has a small black box spliced into a wire from the high and low beam and it says quad beam in the middle and has an entry for the high beam wire and an entry for the low beam wire. Any idea what this is?

the relay will solve your troubles. i have a 01 silverado with 12000k .the relay kit only uses the driver side stock wires and gets the power straight from the battery .if you have the high beam hid's you might wan't to do the high 4 mod because there is @ 3seconds till the high beams are full on and you will be left in the dark for that 3 seconds look up the thread( headlight mod for $1) if you can't find that thread let me know and i will tell you how to do it

i had trouble with blowin fuses at first..might want to check that. if it is consistently not wrking with bulbs/ballast that you know are good..but double check the bulb/ballast that was on the non working side originally to confirm they are good.
