Default Need help asap!!

ok, today my wife ran her 03 denali out of gas, so i went and put gas in it but it wouldnt start. i can turn the key to the on position and everything comes on but when i go to crank it, nothing happens. we tried jumping it off incase the battery was dead and that didnt help, so i towed it back to the house to work on it, first i swapped batteries, that didnt help. next i checked fuses and relays inside and out and all are fine. i tried resetting the security system on it and that didnt help either. im lost ive tried everything. whats wrong with it???? it also has a message in the info center that is STABILIZING SYS DISABLED. i dont know what that is on for either. please help, this is the family ride and it has to run!!!

you probably need to bleed the air out of the fuel system. i think you're making this out to be a bigger deal than it is.

Did you try hooking it up to a obd2 scan tool and clearing any codes,You may have to use a dealiship scan tool to get a little deeper. Also try what was mentioned unhook part of the fuel system up at the motor and crank it over(have plenty of rags,be careful!) to see if any air/fuel come out....
-You probably need a new fuel pump....possibly ran it dry..

if it won't turn over at all, then check the fuses, and check the ground wire that runs to the starter. both this truck and my 95 did this and the ground wire was either loose or broken.

Check your fuel pressure at the rail with the key in the on position. You may have burned up the fuel pump.

it was the pcm b fuse under the hood. i had already checked all the fuses, but little did i know that my POS light tester would only work when it chose to. anyway thanks for the input.

This has happened to my brother's 03 Z71 tahoe twice. Both times it was PCM b fuse and both times he was very low an fuel. Don't know why it happens but now he doesn't let it get that low and carries extra fuses.

Happened to me last month. Glad you got it taken care of. I had to clear the codes as well to get mine to work.
